The Crime in Progress will state that any student arrest information and arrest status, including the arrest date, time of the arrest, where it was made, who was involved and the actual arrests. There is no need for students to have a “Crime in Progress” report as this information is already entered in the student's school file. Include the following information in this Criminal Report: Arrest, Date and/or Time of Arrest, Place of Arrest, Police Department, Type of Arrest, County, State, County-Number-Full Name and/or SSN of the Arrested Include a “Notice to the Parents” that the arrest is public record and parents are asked to notify the principal and Athletic Director if a student is arrested. Include any relevant criminal charges including but not limited to, possession of illegal drugs, theft of drugs, burglary, etc. If you would like to receive a printed copy of this “Crime in Progress” report (with the student information and the name of the student's school) please click here. Include a copy of the OHSA student's “Crime in Progress” report (with the student's name and school) in a document the Student has prepared in lieu of a written report.
