There is no need for students to have a “Crime in Progress” report as this information is already entered in the student's school file. Include the following information in this Criminal Report: Arrest, Date and/or Time of Arrest, Place of Arrest, Police Department, Type of Arrest, County, State, County-Number-Full Name and/or SSN of the Arrested Include a “Notice to the Parents” that the arrest is public record and parents are asked to notify the principal and Athletic Director if a student is arrested.
